Manufacturing Development Program - Mesa at Niagara Bottling. Gain first-hand experience across a broad range of functions and departments in a leading beverage manufacturer as a member of our Manufacturing Development Program (MDP). This 15-month rotational program includes hands-on experience, project work and professional development designed to prepare you for leadership roles in people or processes. Relocating after completing the program is encouraged to broaden job opportunities across Niagara.

Spend 9 months rotating through plant departments, working on cost- or time-saving projects that impact the plant and Niagara. Rotations include Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse; other rotations may include Operations, Engineering, Human Resources, or Quality Assurance depending on availability and interest. Act as a Plant Supervisor for 6 months to understand the scope of leadership and its impact on plant performance, developing leadership and problem-solving skills for future roles. Engage in on-the-job training, project work, and career development, including specialized training and mentoring. Present experiences and project outcomes to local and regional leadership; participate in department/manager meetings and action plan reviews. Fulfill duties in a manufacturing environment, including standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs as required. Essential functions and development

Formalized professional skills training including Niagara culture, self-awareness, and leadership development. Ongoing support from Niagara Bottling’s leadership, MDP alumni, and a dedicated Talent Development advisor. Participation in Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt training and projects. Minimum travel: 3 weeks to other plant locations. Work across all aspects of manufacturing and complete cross-departmental projects. Opportunities to present project outcomes to leadership. Attend department/manager meetings and implement action plans based on feedback. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and to lift up to 50 lbs. Qualifications
