Overview
Manufacturing Development Program - Kenosha. Gain first-hand experience across a broad range of functions and departments in a leading beverage manufacturer as a member of our Manufacturing Development Program (MDP). This 15-month rotational program includes hands-on experience, project work and professional development. During the program you will rotate through Production, Maintenance and Warehouse, with possible rotations in operations, engineering, human resources, or quality assurance depending on availability and interest. Responsibilities
Participate in a 15-month program focused on career development through on-the-job training and professional development. Rotations through plant departments (9 months) focusing on cost or time-saving projects that impact the plant and Niagara. Act as a Plant Supervisor for 6 months to understand leadership, people and technical issues and prepare for a leadership role after graduation. Relocate after completing the program to broaden job opportunities. Work in all aspects of manufacturing and complete cross-departmental projects. Present experiences and project outcomes to local and regional leadership. Attend department/manager meetings and act on feedback. Stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required by manufacturing roles. Qualifications
