Product Owner-Salesforce Service Platform (Remote/Work From Home) – Claritev We are seeking a strategic and customer-centric Agile Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Salesforce Service Cloud platform. If you have a passion for optimizing service workflows and expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, we’d love to hear from you. The Product Owner is responsible for end-to-end planning and launch of products, collaborating with customers and business owners to understand challenges and develop practical solutions that meet customer needs. They develop a Product Roadmap, manage the program and team backlogs for Agile teams, and work with stakeholders to ensure deliveries meet customer needs. Responsibilities
Work with the Product Manager to articulate the vision and high-level roadmap, and garner consensus across IT, Operations and Product Management. Identify and deliver features in collaboration with product management; gather stakeholder feedback, convey roadmaps to the development team, and analyze product usage data. Own and manage the backlog of the development team. Coordinate with other product owners to resolve dependencies and align priorities to complete features. Work with the Technical Lead/Architect to account for technical considerations in roadmap and backlog planning. Collaborate with customers, clients and prospective users to understand and anticipate needs. Create a prioritized Product/Program Backlog with Portfolio Managers/RTEs and Domain Architects for all related development work. Work with Business Analysts and Agile Scrum Teams to break down features into User Stories for design, build, test and delivery. Participate in all relevant Team-level Scrum events and act as content authority to ensure the right solution is delivered at the right time. Attend Program-level Agile Events such as PI Planning. Act as liaison between the Agile Team and customers/stakeholders to ensure visibility and sustainable pace. Assist the Agile team to complete stories, troubleshoot problems, and develop recommendations/solutions. Establish and govern Product Documentation; support training for end users and staff. Collaborate and communicate across disciplines and departments; ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values. Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, or 8 equivalent years of related experience. 3+ years of Agile Product Owner experience (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, SAFe) or 7 years’ experience in software analysis/design in an analyst role (preferably within a Scrum Agile team). Ability to manage multiple initiatives with evolving priorities; experience with distributed teams. Experience with multiple teams and SAFe/PI Planning; strong knowledge of Jira & Confluence. Product Owner certification preferred; IIBA certifications (AAC, CBAP, CCBA) preferred. Knowledge of Healthcare industry workflows, particularly healthcare claim processing, is beneficial. Strong communication, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to build relationships at all levels. Experience developing product vision and roadmaps and communicating to stakeholders; experience with Agile requirements and BDD practices. Ability to facilitate teams and client relationships to satisfy needs and identify improvements; ability to present information effectively. Flexible and creative in problem solving; ability to anticipate business needs with a business owner mindset. Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence; familiarity with Visio, Lucidcharts or Draw.io is preferred. Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $115-130K. Specific offers consider education, experience, skills, work location and internal equity. This position is eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunities.
