Overview

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce development teams. Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog ensuring alignment with business objectives. Translate requirements into detailed user stories & acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to deliver scalable, efficient solutions. Drive feature implementations in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud. Ensure data integrity, performance, and user adoption. Monitor KPIs & user feedback to optimize the product roadmap. Qualifications

4+ years of experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud). 2+ years as Product Owner / Technical BA in Agile. Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model & declarative tools (Flows, PB, etc.). Experience with Salesforce lifecycle & deployment tools (SFDX, Git, Change Sets). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware). Background in CX, Sales Ops, or Support Ops. Agile tools: Jira, Confluence. Experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise environments.
