Responsibilities (What to Expect)
Interact frequently with customers to gather and prioritize requirements
Actively gather and analyze data from various sources to inform business decisions
Execute go-to-market launch plans and collaborate with internal business partners
Manage product roadmaps for assigned projects and write clear product documentation
Facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical teams to address customer feedback
Qualifications (What is Required)
2-4 years of experience in product management
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field (preferred but not essential)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Experience with the Product Management Lifecycle is a plus
Readiness to engage in customer interactions and work under minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Government or Law Enforcement industries and/or public records
Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies
