Work with a collaborative team at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center Riverbend, including critical care physicians and advanced practice providers. Collaborate with board-certified critical care physicians, ICU-trained physician assistants, and nurse practitioners experienced in medical, surgical, cardiac, neurologic, and trauma ICU care. Participate in hospital committees such as the Medical Executive Committee, Critical Care Collaborative, and Ethics Committee. Qualifications

Active Physician Assistant license or eligibility in Oregon. Prior ICU practice experience as a Physician Assistant. Ability to independently assess, examine, and care for critically ill ICU patients, including performing procedures. Schedule and Responsibilities

Work in a team with intensivists on 12-hour day shifts and APPs on 10-hour shifts; night coverage by intensivists. Average of 14 shifts per month, with a collaborative scheduling approach. Provide care across medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac ICU units. Engage in ICU and hospital committees and team collaboration. Living in Eugene

Annual salary: $155,953 for 13, 10-hour shifts/month. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with matching, and paid malpractice with tail coverage. Additional Details
