Join our close-knit team of 3 Intensivists and 2 Critical Care APPs at Bayhealth Hospital Kent Campus. Work alongside clinicians from diverse backgrounds with a shared dedication to critical care medicine. Collaborate with residents from various disciplines training in the ICUs. Qualifications
Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Board Certified/Eligible – Physician Assistant. ICU experience and competency in ICU procedures required. Active PA license or eligibility to obtain one in Delaware. Authorized to work in the United States. Work Environment and Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to patients in a 317-bed community hospital. Demonstrate high competency in ICU procedures and practice autonomously. Care for medical and surgical ICU patients with support from medical subspecialists. Living in Dover

Salary range: $190,000 - $205,000 based on shift average. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with matching, paid malpractice with tail coverage, and CME allowance.
