Pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr.
About the Role This clinical representative will promote company products within a defined geographic territory, expanding usage and meeting sales quotas.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Assist in execution of pro-active regional plan that involves clinical, sales, and service support to improve market share and increase quality of service to customers.
Serve as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting, specialty product usage and customer training.
Attend cases in customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes/techniques associated with peripheral products; represent PI field organization during clinic lab days.
Educate customers on merits and proper clinical usage of company products using presentations and demonstrations; provide supplemental training support during product launches and high touch specialty products.
Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service, developing creative and feasible solutions.
Maintain consignment inventory tracking, semiannual audits, expired product and returns.
Ensure timely collection, reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to procedural device operation.
Build quality into all aspects of work and maintain compliance to all quality requirements.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years clinical experience and/or clinical sales experience.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications
Previous cardiovascular and endovascular experience.
Minimum 3 years of competitive field clinical experience or 6 full years in related clinical field.
Proven ability to manage a large number of accounts and travel.
Problem solving and ability to work collaboratively with teammates.
