Location: Orange County, CA. Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 base annually, plus variable compensation and benefits as per Boston Scientific.
About The Role The Peripheral Interventions (PI) team with Boston Scientific is seeking a Part‑time Clinical Representative to work within Interventional Oncology and Embolization (IO&E). The role focuses on supporting our Cryoablation product franchise in a defined geographic territory, providing case support to physicians and collaborators.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Serve as a primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting, product usage, and customer training.
Attend cases in customer accounts and advise physicians on safe and effective use of Cryoablation products.
Provide supplemental training and in‑services to support product launches and high‑touch specialty products.
Assist in execution of a proactive regional plan that involves clinical, sales, and service support to improve market share and customer service quality.
Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative, feasible solutions or working with other personnel.
Manage consignment inventory tracking, semiannual audits, expired product and returns.
Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation for procedural device operation.
Support quality policy by building quality into all work and maintaining compliance with quality requirements.
Work in a salaried, part‑time capacity targeting less than 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare technical certification plus relevant experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Ability to lift minimum 40 lbs, travel to multiple accounts within a geography, and transport medical device equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of clinical work experience.
Experience in Computed Tomography, Radiology, or Interventional Radiology.
Foundational knowledge of medical imaging, especially CT.
Problem‑solving skills and ability to be coached by teammates.
