Provide direct clinical care in a Neonatal ICU inpatient setting. Conduct medical histories, perform complete physical examinations, and initiate appropriate labs, radiology tests, and other required evaluations. Perform routine and credentialed specialized procedures; prescribe and monitor medications as appropriate. Participate in medical rounds and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patient families about disease processes, treatments, side effects, and safety considerations; refer patients to specialists as appropriate. Be a collaborative member of an interdisciplinary care team with strong communication skills. Opportunity Highlights
PRN opportunity Shifts are 12- and 24-hour shifts Level II & III Neonatal Intensive Care Units Experienced and collegial group of neonatologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff On-campus start at Creighton University Bergan Mercy Medical Center (Level III NICU); potential to provide care at CHI Lakeside Hospital and CHI Immanuel Hospital as oriented Collaborative and respected teams Comprehensive benefits package including CME Retirement savings with employer match Relocation assistance available Benefits
