Be part of our highly collaborative team of Pulmonary/Critical Care providers (MD's and APP's). This is a blended position serving our eICU Service Center with rotation for Critical Care inpatients. Typically three 12-hour shifts, with a template for days, nights, weekends, and holiday rotation. 33% day eICU; 33% day IP; 33% night eICU. Evaluate patients, assess new consults, and round on existing IPs. Opportunity to credential to perform procedures (arterial lines, intubations, central lines at the bedside without physician oversight). IP coverage with Immanuel/Mercy/Lakeside with rotations to those campuses. Average IP volume 10-15 patients in the morning; 2-3 patients in the afternoon. No on-call requirement. Rotational holidays. The Service center/eICU is located across from the CUMC Bergan campus. Benefits
