One Federal Solution is seeking skilled Diagnostic Radiology and Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will have demonstrated expertise in performing a wide range of radiologic and CT procedures, including contrast and non‑contrast studies, 3D reconstructions, biopsies, drainages, and vascular imaging. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of cross‑sectional anatomy, radiologic protocols, and patient care standards. Advanced ARRT certification is required for roles involving independent CT duties. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high‑quality diagnostic imaging in a collaborative clinical environment.
Responsibilities
Specific knowledge of cross-sectional human anatomy and its application in spiral and/or multi‑slice CT imaging.
Proficiency in performing 3D reconstruction scans, including procedures such as drainages, biopsies, and peripheral vascular examinations.
Understanding the location, appearance, and function of both major and minor anatomical systems that are visualized through radiologic imaging.
Accurately interpreting examination requests to ensure appropriate imaging techniques are used.
Comprehensive knowledge of organ function and inter‑relationships to effectively plan and conduct imaging studies.
Utilizing appropriate methods and techniques to clearly identify organs and structures on digital display monitors or film.
Assessing each stage of the examination to determine the diagnostic quality of the images or scans.
Emphasizing specific areas of clinical interest for diagnostic review by the Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (DRT).
Qualifications
Experience performing various radiologic procedures, including Intravenous Pyelogram (IVP), Gastrointestinal (GI) Series, Modified Barium Swallow, Barium and air‑contrast barium enema exams.
Certification in Computed Tomography and Diagnostic X‑ray with the ARRT.
Skilled in preparing and handling sterile supplies, local anesthetics, contrast materials, catheters, and other essential equipment required for radiologic procedures, ensuring proper setup for attending radiologists.
Experience with intraoperative portable imaging and portable C‑arm cases.
Proficient in using portable C‑arm equipment in Pain Management procedures.
Experienced in operating advanced CT technology, including 320‑slice CT scanners and 64‑slice Client Project CT scanners.
Proficient in performing Cardiac CT exams with both retrospective and prospective gating.
Skilled in Interventional and CT‑guided procedures using CT fluoroscopy, including Lung biopsies, Radiofrequency Ablations (RFA), Cryoablations, and Microwave ablations.
Experienced in performing general X‑ray imaging and a full range of CT exams (both contrasted and non‑contrasted), including tracking and documentation of reportable CT doses.
Knowledgeable in the use of Intravenous Contrast Agents used in Radiology and in implementing Hydration Procedures to ensure patient safety and contrast effectiveness.
