is a leading provider of pediatric therapy services offering ABA, speech, occupational, social work, and physical therapy across the New York area and beyond. The team specializes in conducting evaluations and delivering ongoing services in homes, community, and clinic settings with a culture of collaboration and support. Location & Cases

Cases are available throughout Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties and additional regions including all five boroughs of NYC, Hudson Valley, Long Island, Albany, Virginia/DC, Maryland, New Jersey, Connecticut and Delaware. Job Responsibilities

Administer psychological evaluations in home and/or school‑based settings. Gather necessary information to conduct social histories. Write comprehensive evaluation reports, social histories, and submit them in a timely manner. Write Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) and/or Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals. Determine need for additional assessment per observation and child need. Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child. Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA, state and federal regulations; required records must be submitted within the established timelines. Qualifications

Must have a passion for working with children and families. NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Experience evaluating children birth – 5 preferred but not required. Familiar with using evaluation tools such as ADOS‑2 or CARS‑2. EI Evaluations program requires completion of the EILN Intro and Advanced Assessment trainings. Must be self‑motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism. Fluency in a language other than English is a plus. Physical Requirements

Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases, including personal vehicle, walking and/or public transportation such as bus or train. Ability to ascend and descend staircases. Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly. Ability to sit on the floor, kneel and/or crawl for extended periods of time. Benefits

Wage: $171.00 – $226.00 for evaluations. Compensation is determined based on experience and education and will be discussed during the interview process.
