Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy to clients with speech, language, and communication needs Design individualized therapy plans tailored to client goals Provide engaging, measurable home activities to support development Maintain accurate SOAP notes with quantitative and qualitative data Supervise Clinical Fellows and onboard new clinicians Participate in in-service training, research initiatives, and community/family education Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team Attend team and company-wide meetings Adhere to California SLPA supervision guidelines Manage scheduling through CentralReach Uphold DV Therapy\'s core values: Respect, Engaged & Driven, Proficient, Empathetic, Communicative, Tenacious Qualifications
Valid California SLP License ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) Current CPR Certification Annual TB Skin Test Additional Benefits
