We seek a motivated Dental Sales Professional to promote and sell our dental products to practices, clinics, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for dentistry. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals and decision-makers. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory. Achieve sales targets. Provide customer service and support. Stay informed on industry trends and new products. Collaborate with marketing on sales strategies. Attend trade shows and industry events. Maintain accurate sales records in CRM. Address customer inquiries professionally. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the dental industry. Proven success in sales, preferably in healthcare or dental sectors. Knowledge of dental products and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and independent work ethic. Proficiency in CRM and sales tools. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Preferred Experience
3-5 years in dental sales or related fields. Knowledge of dental practice management. Experience with capital equipment sales is a plus. Skills and Competencies
Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets. Interpersonal skills for diverse audiences. Problem-solving and customer complaint handling. Market trend analysis and strategy adaptation.
