Job Description:

Experienced Workday AI Talent Acquisition Engineer (to work with VZ HR Team)

Responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Talent Acquisition, Target Management, Learning, and Onboarding modules.

Candidate will combine deep technical Workday expertise with nads-on experience in AI-driven talent tools.

Lead integrations between Workday and 3rd party platforms (ATS, HRIS, AI tools, and learning systems)

Some knowledge of Paradox (conversational recruiting AI) and Hiredscore (AI talent intelligence)

3+ years of Workday experience with knowledge of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Onboarding, Target Management, Config & Integrations
