We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to join a reputable General Contractor in Oklahoma City. This individual will oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of
ground-up commercial projects
valued at
$10M and above . The ideal candidate brings strong tenure, proven leadership, and expertise in
municipal, healthcare, higher education, community centers, or athletic facilities . This is a long-term opportunity with a respected GC known for high-quality work, strong client relationships, and a culture of growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project alignment. Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and contract management. Review and approve project documents, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety, quality, and progress. Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and provide proactive solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and mentor project engineers and assistant project managers to support team growth. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 5–10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor. Proven success managing ground-up projects $10M+ in value. Experience in municipal, healthcare, higher education, community, or athletic facility construction strongly preferred. Strong tenure with reputable GCs (no job hopping). Proficiency in scheduling, project management software, and financial tracking tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Must be local to Oklahoma City or willing to relocate without assistance. Competitive salary package (commensurate with experience). Performance-based bonus opportunities.
