We are seeking a results-driven
Plant Manager
to oversee daily operations at a high-purity chemical manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while leading cross-functional teams in operations, maintenance, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Drive operational efficiency and cost control through continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Oversee training and development of plant personnel. Implement and maintain ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001). Collaborate with leadership to align plant strategies with business goals. Manage capital projects and equipment installations. Monitor and improve product quality and process reliability. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in high-purity chemical or semiconductor-related manufacturing. Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production environment. Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
