The Opportunity We’re looking for a

Revenue Operations Manager

to own and optimize the systems and processes that drive Apera AI’s growth. This is not a “report-pulling” role — it’s a

growth infrastructure

role. You’ll design and run the operational heartbeat connecting Sales, Customer Success, and Application Support, ensuring clean data, crisp forecasts, and flawless execution as we scale globally.

Responsibilities

Build a unified HubSpot-based revenue performance system tracking CARR, pipeline, and expansion metrics

Automate forecasting and reporting using AI-enhanced analytics

Align commercial, operations, and customer teams around one version of the truth

Launch strategic projects that modernize how Apera AI measures, predicts, and drives revenue

Within a short time, you’ll see dashboards influencing board decisions and your process changes cutting sales cycle times. Within a year, you’ll be leading a company-wide revenue optimization roadmap.

You’ll Bring

5-10 years in Revenue Operations, FP&A, or data-driven commercial operations

HubSpot mastery (custom reports, automation, and dashboards)

A passion for clean data and scalable systems

Cross-functional influence across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance

Comfort in a high-velocity startup where priorities evolve weekly

Bonus: experience integrating AI-driven forecasting or workflow automation into RevOps
