Shift Monday-Friday; 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

Job Summary The Assistant Director, Athletic Compliance position ensures compliance with Name Image Likeness (NIL) by evaluating third party NIL transactions for student-athletes in accordance with all UK, SEC, & national governing body rules and regulations. This position will monitor specific areas and ensure third party NIL deals are administered and completed in accordance with the NCAA Settlement. This position will be a pivotal member of the Athletics Department in managing NIL platforms and staying current on evolving legislative and industry trends. The Athletic Compliance Asst. Director will also provide interpretative assistance in the area of NIL under the supervision of the Sr. Associate AD.

Preferred Education/Experience Bachelor’s (advanced degree preferred (e.g. Masters, Juris Doctor)) and minimum one year experience in athletics compliance with working knowledge of NCAA legislation.
