Sales Recruitment Consultant (Entry-Level) – West Hollywood, CA | Full-Time | Onsite At Lumicity, we help companies hire great people in industries like Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, Construction, and Energy. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to build relationships, manage clients, and guide candidates through the job search process. This is a full-cycle role in our flagship office that combines sales, relationship management, and career consulting. You will work with both clients and candidates every day and see the direct results of your work and fruits of your labor. We offer a competitive commission structure that allows those first-year earnings to be realistic and attainable, alongside streamlined growth tracks.
What You’ll Do
Speak with hiring managers to understand their open positions and business needs. Find and contact qualified candidates through research and networking. Guide candidates through interviews, feedback, and offers. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Work with your team to reach goals and celebrate success together.
What We’re Looking For
Confident communicator who enjoys working with people. Driven to grow, learn, and take on new challenges. Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working toward measurable goals. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or related experience.
What You’ll Get
