$2K Sign-On bonus Daily Responsibilities
Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical, and other systems. Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. Conduct inspections and report on conditions affecting occupancy and operations. Respond to emergencies effectively. Prepare reports and recommend actions. Familiarize with equipment and systems, including building automation and fire safety systems. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Support after-hours activities as needed. Attend training sessions. Perform other operational tasks as assigned. Requirements
Universal EPA 608 Certification. At least four years of technical experience in building engineering, especially HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Valid state driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft. Willingness to perform on-call duties and overtime. Preferred Skills
Knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design and application. Experience with work order management and CMMS technology. Experience in commercial facility maintenance roles. Additional Details
