Overview
As an AI Automation Specialist, you’ll drive operational efficiency by identifying, designing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions across the organization. You’ll partner with leaders in Operations, Finance, HR, Guest Services, and more—bridging business needs with technical implementation. Responsibilities
Identify workflow bottlenecks and design automation solutions to improve efficiency. Build and maintain integrations (APIs, webhooks) that connect systems and create seamless data flows. Implement modern orchestration platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.) for multi-step workflows. Deploy AI-powered automations to enhance decision-making and data processing. Develop monitoring dashboards and alerting systems for process performance. Collaborate with engineering teams on scalable technical implementations. Document, train, and evangelize automation best practices across teams. Track metrics like time saved, error reduction, and productivity improvements. What They’re Looking For
