Daily Responsibilities Ensure quality assurance/control over technical documentation, scope, schedule, and budget adherence. Provide technical leadership applying electrical engineering principles to projects. Maintain customer satisfaction and meet with clients regularly to ensure quality and needs are met. Manage electrical engineering tasks from conceptual design through construction and post-occupancy. Research, develop, design, specify, and test electrical systems and components. Mentor and develop engineering staff. Collaborate with regional leadership to meet business goals. Review team work for quality and training needs. Engage with clients and subcontractors effectively. Lead client account development, including pursuit and securing new business. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical or architectural engineering with an electrical emphasis. Licensed professional electrical engineer. 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in business development. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills. Experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM software. Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance.
