Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP)
in our
Sumner, WA plant , you will gain hands-on experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment, supporting cross-functional teams and contributing to initiatives across Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Operations, and Planning. You’ll be exposed to the full production process – from green bean receiving to roasting, grinding, and packaging. As part of the Maintenance team, you will develop a strong business mindset and gain insight into key performance indicators that drive operational decisions. Shift/Schedule:
The KDP 2026 Winter Co-op Program runs from January 5 – May 22, 2026 Location: Sumner, WA (Plant) Full-time; 40 hours/week Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with flexibility for night shifts if needed In-person Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Mechanics, Operations, and Engineering teams Conduct data analysis to improve machine efficiency and performance Gain experience with maintenance processes, including Inventory Control and Preventative Maintenance Support change management through best practices and documentation Assist with operational plans and projects, including equipment startups and product qualifications Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean activities, including Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events Help deliver safety, quality, production, and cost targets Prepare reports and documentation for management Complete project development tasks such as specifications, testing, and validation Participate in problem-solving, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives Recommend efficiency improvements and waste reduction methods Collect and analyze savings data from projects Manage work priorities to meet plant needs Program Elements:
Engage in innovative projects within a fast-paced, cross-functional team Receive mentorship and professional development support Participate in meet & greets, lunch & learns with leaders Complete and present a project to highlight your impact Compensation & Benefits:
$31/hr, paid bi-weekly Sign-on bonus of $5,000 (paid within 30 days) Requirements & Skills:
Helpful skills include: SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, CAD software PLC Ladder Logic Lean and Six Sigma methodologies System or data integration experience Company Overview:
