Winter 2026 Co-op - Manufacturing Engineering - 950 Stelzer Road, Columbus, Ohio, 43219. As a 2026 Winter Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) you will be part of a fast-paced, technically focused manufacturing environment that produces KDP’s beverages. Each co-op will lead high-impact projects and have opportunities to grow professionally. You will work on writing and executing multiple projects across the site and coordinate downtime and equipment improvements with site management teams. Shift/Schedule: The KDP 2026 Winter Co-op Program runs January 5 – May 22, 2026. Full-time; 40 hours per week; Monday–Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm. In-person at the Columbus, OH plant. Responsibilities

Gain knowledge in executing operational plans and projects, including Daily Management Systems (DMS) for day-to-day operations, new equipment startups, and innovative product qualifications. Assist with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation and Lean activities, including participation in Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events and developing, implementing and improving autonomous and preventive maintenance workstreams. Support daily manufacturing operations to deliver targeted safety, quality, production, and cost results. Undertake simple project development tasks: writing/verifying specifications, maintaining product/process documentation, testing processes, equipment, raw materials and product, and validating equipment and processes. Contact vendors as needed. Analyze downtime data and maintain action plans using lean methodology. Collect and calculate savings data on improvement projects. Recommend methods for improving efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities. Elements of the KDP 2026 Co-op Program

$31.00/hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within the first 30 days of employment Requirements

Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering or another Manufacturing-related field Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; programming PLCs or knowledge of process is a plus Please note : This position is limited to persons with permanent right to work in the United States.
