Job Overview: As a co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) you will be part of a fast-paced, highly technical manufacturing environment that produces some of KDP’s most popular beverages. Each co-op will lead high-impact projects and will be provided with opportunities to grow professionally. You will be supporting the Technical Excellence, Maintenance & Reliability team, connecting between the Multisite Engineering and site Maintenance teams using TPM fundamentals. You will develop documentation for work instructions, preventive maintenance and more. You will also support the development of rankings for manufacturing equipment and analysis of opportunities.
Shift/Schedule
The position offers flexibility to be located in Burlington, MA, Houston, TX, Vernon, CA, Northlake, IL, or Williamson, NY The KDP 2026 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 5 – May 22, 2026 Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm Hybrid Some travel may be required
As a Multisite Maintenance Co-op you will:
Write work instructions and preventive maintenance documents Make PowerPoints and one-point lessons Create pivot tables and analyze data Review equipment manuals and write instructions Assist with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation and Lean activities, including participation in Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events and developing, implementing and improving autonomous and preventive maintenance workstreams Undertake and complete simple or basic project development tasks, including writing/verifying specifications, maintaining product/process documentation, testing processes, equipment, raw materials and product, and validating equipment and processes Analyze downtime data and maintain action plans using lean methodology

Total Rewards
$31.00/hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements
Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability or another Manufacturing-related field Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills including listening, written and verbal abilities Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
