About the Opportunity Onsite therapists provide mental health services at a specified onsite location in Alameda, CA. This role is a unique opportunity to blend in-person 1:1 therapy, psychoeducational training for employers (i.e., “Lunch and Learns”), and speak at events to promote Lyra’s onsite therapy services to its members. This role is contracted for 8 hours each Wednesday. This opportunity is a great fit
if you’re an independently licensed clinical therapist who is interested in providing time-limited, culturally responsive, evidence-based services to adults at their place of employment. Preferred experience: EAPs and Critical Incident Response, providing clinical consultations, and developing content for presentations. Requirements Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) or Doctorate degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited college or university Unrestricted license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action Skilled in exclusively providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, Exposure therapy) Conscientious adherence to confidentiality issues, and the ability to act in compliance with local laws, regulations, and appropriate, industry guidelines Coordinate and effectively communicate with Lyra team members and the employer’s key contact Commitment to culturally responsive care Previous experience delivering trainings, teaching, and/or public speaking Bilingual in English and Spanish Full-time resident of the United States Here are some of the advantages to joining the Lyra onsite provider network: Access Lyra’s experienced clinical consultations team to get rapid support with your Lyra clients as well as access a range of specialty group consultation meetings Have peace of mind with Lyra’s 24/7 Care Navigation team for crisis support Access Lyra’s large collection of free live and recorded CE credited courses approved by APA, ASWB, and NBCC By applying for this position, your data will be processed as per Lyra Clinical Associates, P.C.
