Winter 2026 Co-op - Manufacturing Engineering - Louisville, KY
As a Winter Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be part of the beverage revolution. We seek a highly motivated self-starter to join our US Refreshment Beverage division in the Manufacturing Quality team. The role involves focusing on Food Safety, Food Defense, certifications, batching, microbiology, physiochemical analysis, budget forecasting, technical evaluation, and communication with stakeholders. The Intern will participate in projects to improve processes, yields, and waste reduction, gaining responsibilities that enhance project management, technical, and soft skills.
Shift/Schedule:
The KDP 2026 Winter Co-op Program runs from January 5 - May 22, 2026
Full-time; 40 hours/week
Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
In-Person at the Louisville, KY plant

Total Rewards:
$31.00/hour
Paid bi-weekly
$5,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid within 30 days)
Requirements:
Undergraduate enrolled full-time in an accredited college/university, majoring in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Available to work 40 hours/week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Must have permanent right to work in the U.S.
