Base Pay Range
$132,900.00/yr – $174,450.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and execute initial civil design for land/site development, including grading plans and earthwork balancing. Prepare grading plans with cut-and-fill analysis and conduct earthwork and drainage/stormwater calculations. Design storm drain systems, gravitational wastewater systems, and perform hydrology analysis for stormwater systems. Coordinate underground utility routing, site space planning, and site master planning. Provide erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and support permit approval. Research and adhere to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction. Model and analyze stormwater flow using software such as StormCAD and CivilStorm.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 8+ years of engineering experience, including extensive related project experience. Strong working knowledge and experience designing all aspects of medium to large scale industrial developments. Demonstrated experience with all design modules of AutoCAD Civil 3D. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams. Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
Preferred (Optional)
PE certification. Bluebeam experience. Experience using Navisworks.
