This position is based in beautiful Bozeman, Montana, a vibrant college town with access to outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and world-class fly-fishing. Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; equivalent experience in a construction-related position will also be considered. 10+ years of utility-scale electrical construction and estimating experience. Valid Master Electrician license or reciprocal to the state of employment. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction practices. Experience estimating and developing bids for utility-scale electrical projects. Extensive experience with all field installation techniques and methods. Strong organizational and time management skills. Safety-oriented; 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certificates preferred. Strong work ethic; willing to do what it takes to complete projects. Ability to work as a team builder and player. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with bid team members. Willingness and ability to travel to project sites and provide support. Ability to access all points of a construction site in various climates. Responsibilities

Manage construction safety protocols. Ensure environmental compliance. Oversee quality of work. Understand and manage project costs and budgets. Schedule and manage workforce, equipment, and tools for optimal utilization and quality. Review timecards and invoices for proper cost distribution and accountability. Ensure all employees are current with safety policies and training, and have necessary safety equipment. Engage in business development and manage client relationships.
