Gould Medical Group is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Radiologist to join our established and collegial radiology team in Modesto, California. Year one base compensation: $600,000 Substantial income growth possible with internal moonlighting Sign-on bonus Residency stipend available Loan or mortgage assistance, up to $200,000 General Radiology (Breast Imaging optional) 16 weeks off per year 40% of shifts can be completed remotely Time-based work distribution model (instead of pure RVU-based) Built-in referral base and consistent imaging volume encourages equity, teamwork, and overall satisfaction Stimulating and supportive work environment 18 Department members (many of whom are fellowship trained) Call is shared equally Fully integrated with EPIC and advanced imaging platforms
