AZ license 2 years\' experience Fresh OHS from the OR experience Impella experience preferred IABP, CRRT BLS, ACLS Additional Details
Weekend Requirement: 2 weekend shifts per pay period (not every other weekend); scheduling depends on unit needs Holiday Requirement: Yes Call/Standby: Yes, per contract, max 3 per 12 weeks Ratios: 1:2, or 1:1 based on acuity Radius Rule: 50 miles Common diagnoses: AMI, CAD, PVD Floating: Yes as needed; float to ICU/PCU/MS/Tele on both campuses Charting System: CERNER Benefits and Honors
