Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress Document and maintain accurate, timely reports on student performance and goal attainment Provide direct therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels, adapting strategies to meet developmental needs Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required Qualifications
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Experience working in K-12 educational settings Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders typical in school-age children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators and families Proficiency in evaluation tools and therapy techniques appropriate for diverse learner needs Benefits
