We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at HGV Paradise, located conveniently off the Strip. Our resort is beloved by both our Owners and Guests for its peaceful atmosphere away from the bustle of the city. Responsibilities Include:
Communicates with both internal and external guests to resolve engineering issues. Skilled in drywall repairs, painting, and wallpaper application. Performs basic troubleshooting and repairs on appliances. Handles basic plumbing maintenance and repairs. Ensures all equipment in guestrooms and public areas is well-maintained and functioning properly. Replaces lightbulbs and repairs fixtures as needed. Repairs furniture, including staining, painting, and applying clear coats when necessary. Carries out scheduled maintenance in guestrooms and common areas, along with various other assigned general maintenance duties. Key Skills And Experience:
1+ years of related experience Can easily climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations. Preferred Qualifications:
