Hilton Grand Vacations . Join the team at Hilton Grand Vacations on the Boulevard as Front Desk Supervisor in Las Vegas. Our 1,228-room resort on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip features large multi-bedroom suites and a stunning design. Key Responsibilities

Ensure all guests/owners are treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that HGV standards are applied Assist with training and directly supervise new department employees Ensure Front Office quality standards are followed and policies and procedures are consistently applied Work with accounting to maintain and minimize levels of accounts receivable Coordinate activities with other hotel departments to facilitate communication and guest satisfaction Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal revenues while maintaining guest expectations Ensure timely completion of performance appraisals Act as liaison between the resort and timeshare guests/owners to ensure exceptional customer service Facilitate resolution of concerns/complaints and refer/follow up with appropriate personnel Other duties as assigned by management Key Skills And Experience

1+ year of management or supervisory experience 2+ years of related experience Demonstrate leadership skills such as integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality A courteous and professional attitude when handling upset guests and difficult situations High school diploma/GED Additional Qualifications
