Our client is a Dallas–Fort Worth-based General Contractor specializing in ground-up commercial construction, with projects spanning industrial, retail, medical, office, and general commercial sectors. Known for their integrity, teamwork, and commitment to excellence, they’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
The Role As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through close-out. You’ll lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships to ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
Manage ground-up commercial projects from inception to completion.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and contract administration.
Lead and coordinate with Superintendents, Estimators, and subcontractors.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and design specifications.
Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company with professionalism.
Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor.
Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects — industrial, retail, medical, office, or general commercial.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated history of good tenure with previous employers.
