Responsibilities

Liaise with program teams to give a global view of product flows, both internally and with suppliers Manage crisis situations in terms of quality, technical topics or supply chain Manage sustaining program evolution coordination with Design Office, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Industrialization Mobilize all internal contributors (Design Office, Quality, Purchasing, i.e. SPM, External Industrialization, Buyers, Central Supply Chain, Procurement) and external contributors to achieve expected performance in terms of OTD and profitability Ensure and coordinate the resolution of supply-chain bottlenecks to meet delivery targets, taking into account all QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) criteria Propose solutions to limit customer impact Carry out diagnostics and causal analyses in crisis situations Define action plans to meet commitments, in cooperation with local and central teams Monitor & challenge action plans progress Manage the escalation process for critical topics, both internally and with suppliers Carry out any arbitration required between the various internal entities (Purchasing - SPQM, External Industrialization Steering, Purchasing - Quality, Central Supply Chain, Procurement, Design Office) Communicate and organize activity-related reporting (defined and up-to-date performance indicators, flash reports, etc.) both internally and externally Give visibility to the manufacturing operations facilities Communicate to customer interfaces (Sales and Program offices) Detect malfunctions, deduce corrective actions, and promote action plans accordingly Optimize processes Perform other related duties as required Qualifications and Requirements

Required

Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering Degree and advanced studies/degree preferred Technical/Leadership experience in related activities Adaptability, synthesizing and analyzing skills are imperative Rigor, determination and motivation are required for the success of this role Behavioral Dimensions
