Mission description Provide excellent customer service to employees and resolve work order requests promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction. Manage employee benefit issues, administer plans in compliance with regulations including ERISA, DOL, IRS, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and company policies. Ensure compliance for all benefit plans, implement amendments for regulatory changes, and manage eligibility for 401(k) and non-qualified retirement plans, including contributions, loans, and distributions. Collaborate with record-keepers on contribution reconciliation, prepare wire transfer documents, assist with data collection for audits, annual 5500 filings, and nondiscrimination testing. Perform periodic audits of HRIS benefit records, record all employee and HR interactions, and coordinate communication of benefit programs, including annual enrollment and plan updates.
