Responsibilities

Manage scanning, printing, copying, and mailing tasks efficiently.

Collect daily mail from the Post Office and distribute all incoming correspondence, including FedEx and UPS packages.

Prepare and process outgoing mail, ensuring accurate postage, labeling, and timely shipment (FedEx, UPS, and USPS).

Stock and maintain copy and printer stations with paper, toner, and supplies on a daily basis.

Deliver in-office mail and packages to team members on an hourly basis.

Support trial preparation by handling copying, binder assembly, and conference room setup.

Perform basic copier maintenance, including placing service calls, ordering supplies, and troubleshooting issues.

Set up and clean conference rooms as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked lounge.

Coordinate deliveries with couriers and make occasional local deliveries or retrievals.

Assist with setup and cleanup for special events.

Monitor, maintain, and order office and kitchen supplies.

Provide receptionist coverage when required.

Perform additional administrative or office support tasks as assigned.

Education, Experience, & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or a related role.
