Location Remote – Eastern United States

Opportunity We’re looking for a Strategic Finance & Corporate Strategy Associate. In this role, you’ll focus primarily on high‑level corporate strategy and FP&A, while also contributing to corporate development initiatives such as financial modeling and strategic market assessments. You’ll report directly to the Chief Finance Officer, working closely with the executive leadership team to analyze business performance, guide strategic decision‑making, and develop forward‑looking insights that shape the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to drive the company’s strategic plan with a focus on inorganic growth.

Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting to evaluate performance, track KPIs, and support decision‑making.

Conduct in‑depth strategic and financial analyses to evaluate growth opportunities, efficiency improvements, and resource allocation.

Prepare board and executive level presentations with clear recommendations rooted in data and market insights.

Monitor industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics to inform corporate strategy.

Support evaluation of new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential M&A initiatives.

Build financial and strategic models to assess market entry, product expansion, and inorganic growth opportunities.

Conduct research and lead due diligence to support strategic decision‑making.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in an investment bank, Private Equity firm, corporate FP&A, or a related strategic finance role.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive‑level and board presentations and memorandum.

Highly collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross‑functionally across finance, operations, and executive teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree a plus.
