About the Role

Responsible for all administrative and clerical activities to support the Adult Day Program.

Responsible for maintaining a clean safe office space and various program records.

Work closely with the social service team to obtain service authorizations, complete and distribute annual program plans, and conduct data entry needs.

Work closely with other adult services team members to complete therapy documentation, maintain program attendance and meal records & billing, lead arrival and dismissal of day program participants, provide support in finding sub coverage for classrooms as needed, and a variety of other important office and program tasks.

Provide support to front desk reception and as needed for sub coverage.

Display excellent organization & problem solving skills as well as outstanding communication & customer service skills.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen.

Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities.

You’re someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.

Working knowledge of Outlook and MS Office required - Excel/Word/Outlook.
