Overview Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Dedicated to serving those who defend the US and warfighters, Nisga'a MOSTT offers Military Operations support and Specialized Tactical Training (MOSTT). Nisga'a MOSTT's services include aviation and military training, cybersecurity, intelligence gathering and analysis, and simulation and exercise support, as well as aviation flight logistics support and unmanned aerial vehicle support. Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Instructor/Operator Team Lead (I/O-Team Lead) to join the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) Instructor Operator Support Services (MIOSS) team. The role provides training support services for the MSTC, which conducts medical instruction and skill validation for the 68W Combat Medic, following standards set by the US Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) and the Directorate of Simulation (DOS) under the Combat Medic Sustainment Division (CMSD). The I/O-Team Lead will instruct a diverse group of soldiers across all MOSs in classroom, simulation lab, and field environments. Normal working hours are Monday through Sunday, 0800 - 1700, excluding Federal Holidays, with an expectation of no more than 40 hours per week and a one-hour unpaid lunch daily. Responsibilities

Conduct training using approved and standardized programs of instruction (POI) and simulation scenarios. Serve as the Program Management Office Representative (PMO) at their MSTC site. Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold professional and ethical standards among all I/Os at the site. Ensure course scheduling can accommodate an annual throughput of 2500 students without Borrowed Military Manpower (BMM). Provide annual site training schedules and notify the PMO of any cancellations. Schedule I/Os for all instructed POIs and maintain class schedules. Provide weekly training status updates to the PMO. Report monthly throughput to the PMO, based on actual numbers. Review and approve all employee timecards, PTO, and sick leave. Report all contract staff absences and concerns in real-time to the PMO. Refer requests for training outside the specified courses to the PMO. Keep the PMO informed of any site visits by government officials. Ensure all POIs meet credentialing standards. Deliver all podium instruction and Table VIII Skill Validation without BMM. Complete administrative duties for MTN courses, including student rosters, course critiques, data entry, and certification issuance. Maintain ARC course records according to policies. Serve as BLS, ALS, and PALS Program Director and Administrator for the MTN courses. Compile and deliver semi-annual and annual MTN reports. Assist with additional administrative duties as instructed. Perform preventative maintenance on medical training equipment and report issues. Conduct weekly inventories of Class VIII and durable items, reporting statuses. Assist training units with equipment use, setup, and cleanup. Prepare course materials and conduct After Action Reviews. Possess presentation skills for technical training. Support exercise planning, management, and operator support activities. Instruct medical tasks relevant to operational forces and conduct Train the Trainer courses. Instruct a range of POIs including MEDIC, BLS, ALS, PALS, NRP, and tactical care courses. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Skills and Knowledge: Strong comprehension and application skills for medical course material. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of military training site operations. Experience with senior military personnel and complex programs. Understanding of standard practices in medical training. Creativity, judgment, and customer service skills. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work in classroom, lab, and field environments, including lifting up to 50 pounds and physical mobility requirements. Minimum Qualifications: At least 10 years of relevant medical work experience and instructor qualification compliance. Current certification as NREMT NRP. ARC BLS, ALS, PALS instructor and trainer certifications. Annual completion of MEDIC Tables I-VII and Table VIII validation. Biennial completion of NREMT-approved NRP refresher. Additional instructor certifications as required. Ability to instruct all POIs and maintain affiliation with Nisga'a team site codes. Experience as a former 68W, Navy NEC 8404, Air Force 4NOX1, or licensed healthcare professional. U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Contractor CAC. Pay and Benefits
