Our team, the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) team at Lockheed Martin, is dedicated to engineering, developing, and integrating new capabilities for the Missile Defense System that protects the United States and its allies. While we are part of a large organization, we operate within smaller, agile teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our responsibilities include Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development, Automated Testing, Cyber Security, and enhancing critical missile defense technologies. The Work

The System Test Team conducts the planning and analysis of all MDS ground tests and flight tests in which the C2BMC program is a participant. Ground test types include: pairwise tests, Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI), Integrated Ground Test (GTI), Distributed Ground Test (GTD), cyber tests, Space Domain Awareness (SDA), and pre-flight test HWIL efforts. Flight tests are conducted with pre-determined sensors and shooters. International events are comprised of various ground tests and flight tests. Required

The System Test SME is responsible for the planning of all assigned test events, with emphasis on developing and implementing the test artifacts required for each event: Test objectives Architectures Data Item Descriptions Defense Designs Sensor Resource Management (SRM) settings Operational Tasking Data Link (OPTASKLINK), Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI) configuration and Forwarding --Tables, CDS, TDACS, TRAUT TDACS, Comms Connectivity -Matrices, Event Configuration Baseline (ECB) System Adjustable Parameters (SAPs)/Site-Specific Parameters (SSPs) BDR and PR applicability Certification Data Packages The Position Also Provides The Following Support

Support planning phase reviews and meetings Support customer boards and meetings Support Data Management Interface with developers Support government personnel during event execution phases when requested Support anomaly resolution and troubleshooting Support analysis group Support Failure Review Boards (FRBs) Please Note

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. Possible infrequent OCONUS travel. Who We Are
