Inspect parts visually and dimensionally for conformance to manufacturing drawings, quality control specifications and customer requirements. Utilize precision measuring equipment and techniques, including micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators. Request N.D.T. evaluations as necessary. Use statistical sampling plans; complete/verify inspection reports such as SPC charts, first article reports, and defective material and test reports. Complete data processing move transactions as required. Communicate daily activities to pass forward to the next shift. Read blueprints and use gages such as micrometers, calipers, comparators, threat gages, pain gages, high gages, specs, protrusion blocks, etc. Perform other tasks of equal or lesser skill as required; cross-training or development opportunities may apply. Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED; and two years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills
- Ability to read and interpret English documents; ability to complete routine documentation; ability to speak clearly and effectively with managers, supervisors and coworkers. Mathematical Skills
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic, fractions, decimals, and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense and solve problems in standardized situations. Computer Skills
- Knowledge of Syteline Manufacturing software. Physical Demands

The work environment may include moving mechanical parts and moderate to occasionally loud noise. Hearing protection may be required. Work hours – 5 days, 8 hours a day, with overtime and weekends as needed. Benefits/Salary

$23 to $31 per hour
