Inspect parts visually and dimensionally for conformance to manufacturing drawings, quality control specifications and customer requirements. Utilize precision measuring equipment and techniques as applicable, including micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators. Perform First Article Inspection Reports per AS9102 requirements. Use statistical sampling plans; complete/verify various inspection reports—including SPC charts, first article reports, and defective material and test reports. Complete data processing move transactions as required. Communicate daily activities that may need to be passed forward to the next shift. Read blueprints and use gages such as micrometers, calipers, comparators, and other inspection tools. Performs other tasks of equal or lesser skill as required, including cross-training or development activities. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of DSQR or Fastener aerospace experience. Basic understanding of Federal Aviation Administration requirements and impact. Basic understanding of MRB disposition. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Access to export-controlled items; employment offers conditioned upon ability to obtain access. Preferred Qualifications

Ability to perform First Article Inspection Reports per AS9102 requirements. eCAV submittal knowledge. Ability to compare purchase orders with vendor certifications. Benefits/Salary
