Join the Hyatt Regency team as an Assistant F&B Outlets Manager. The Assistant Outlets Manager supports the leadership of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including Prairie Kitchen & Bar and MPLS Market. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, colleague training, development, and coaching, internal and external communication, and guest experience management. Responsibilities: Assist with scheduling and the delegation of daily tasks. Conduct team pre-shifts and support team through service. Coach and counsel team members in line with Hyatt service procedures. Manage the guest experience, including monitoring guest interactions, responding to complaints and special requests, ensuring quality and accuracy of product, and timeliness of service. Manage closing, including daily administrative tasks, submitting requisitions, and ensuring side-work is completed. Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards.
