This role will be in Corona, CA. What We Need
The Maintenance Manager will direct all reliability and maintenance activities to ensure that maximum operational potential is realized for the entire plant operation at the assigned manufacturing facility. This includes all functions in the areas of Maintenance Business Management, Maintenance Materials Inventory (MRO), Maintenance Recruit to Retire, Manufacturing Process Reliability and Equipment Reliability, e.g. departmental budgets, computerized maintenance management systems, preventive/predictive and corrective maintenance programs. Also, Technical Skills Management of electrical, electronics, controls programming, mechanical systems (process equipment, packaging equipment), and stockroom. Development, coordination and execution of maintenance related capital budget items in concert with engineering. Manages the Maintenance and Utility Departments personnel for plant, and across all shifts. What You Will Do
Lead the maintenance team in the safe execution of all equipment maintenance activities. Ensure that all plant activities are conducted following safety procedures; champion safety as the first consideration of all employees/contractors and promote a safe work environment through own behaviors. Interview and select candidates to fill vacancies, in partnership with HR in supporting functions and cross-functionally with other hiring managers. Maintain assets to meet regulatory guidelines (USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA). Optimize costs through effective budget planning and management using a cost-effective approach toward asset management and minimizing loss and waste. Optimize the availability and safe operation of production assets through predictive and preventive maintenance and safe and effective execution of corrective maintenance and projects. Oversee and jointly lead the implementation of TPM and Lean Six Sigma Initiatives with a focus on Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Equipment Maintenance and employee training related to operation, maintenance, centerlining and benchmarking. Coordinate major maintenance and project requirements with production and engineering, including major downtime activities; support identifying opportunities and developing the Plant\'s Capital Budget; work closely with the engineering team. Train maintenance staff on effective maintenance practices, including use of the computerized maintenance management system, problem solving tools, risk and failure analysis, maintenance scheduling and analysis of maintenance-related data and equipment histories. Develop Maintenance Master Plan. Manage and report out critical maintenance KPI on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Lead toolbox meetings and collaborate cross-functionally. Set and evaluate departmental goals and objectives with maintenance supervision and Plant leadership. Conduct special studies to improve departmental services, equipment reliability and factory operations or satisfy external requirements. Provide direction to the operation and maintenance of utilities and wastewater facilities to meet production demands. Ensure parts availability in the MRO stockroom to minimize downtime while balancing economic maintenance inventory management. Maintain equipment with good manufacturing practices to meet internal and external customer expectations. Assist with evaluating reliability of production and packaging needs for capital equipment (CAPEX), investments and contribute to annual and multi-year budget planning for the facility. Performance Management: manage employee performance with clear responsibilities, standards, feedback, and prompt resolution of issues. Technical Expertise: keep up to date on technical knowledge and developments; drive improvements and prepare for changing requirements. Foster an effective learning environment by coaching employees and providing relevant, high-impact feedback. What You Need To Be Successful

Minimum of two (2) years of people management experience. Experience in food and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically working to meet GMP, OSHA, FDA, EPA standards.
