As a Product Manager in our Small Business, Card Client Services & Benefits team, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of innovative, value-add benefits that enhance our customer's experience. As the voice of the Small Business customer, this person is responsible for end-to-end product management-from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer service, marketing and sales, to ensure the successful delivery of new solutions that drive customer value and help achieve business growth. Job responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies that align with Small Business Card's vision and goals. Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements and new offerings. Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. Define new features, gather requirements and create user stories for back-end and front-end services. Define and monitor performance, identify enhancements and create remediation plans. Communicate product vision and updates to internal teams and external partners. Manage product backlog, ensure agile metrics, and support production, issue resolution and prioritization. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services, digital, product management, or Agile software development. Passion for understanding customer needs and building digital products. Ability to think strategically and connect details to the bigger picture. Proven success in collaborating and influencing decisions with multiple stakeholders. Proven track record of managing risk and controls. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in the finance industry including card, digital wallets and/or e-commerce. Strong knowledge of APIs, open banking, and engineering practices. Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
