Product Development Manager: ExtendPay and Wallets
U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the ExtendPay and Wallets product line. The role focuses on driving the vision, strategy, and execution of BNPL and digital wallet initiatives to support our credit card based installment lending strategy.
Responsibilities
Identify, analyze and interpret business data to uncover product and customer insights.
Activate the connective tissue between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology and business line strategy to prioritize product and portfolio opportunities.
Define product outcomes, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Features/Epics and break down work into actionable steps.
Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, drive the product roadmap, and leverage OKRs to deliver business and customer outcomes.
Collaborate with agile, experience design, technology, risk and partner teams to build the product and achieve success metrics.
Own technical aspects for non‑technical product owners, manage technical debt, and modernize product platforms.
Basic Qualifications
Product Management experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Deep understanding of interdependencies among product model system elements to design synchronized solutions.
Anticipate shifting market priorities and internal/external customer needs and add value consistently.
Strong customer centricity to implement strategies ensuring positive customer experiences at every touch point.
Knowledge of technical aspects of software products and ability to design, configure and integrate them.
Agile working knowledge, risk assessment and mitigation expertise.
Preferred knowledge of product PnL, strategy, vision, planning, discovery, development, channel alignment, adoption, customer experience research, analytics, marketing and go‑to‑market execution.

This fast‑growing area places U.S. Bank at the forefront of industry innovation and growth. The successful candidate will bring product strategy, product management, and possibly BNPL experience.
Hybrid / Flexible Schedule Hybrid/flexible schedule: in‑office expectation of 3+ days per week and flexibility to work off‑site for the remaining days.
